Been a while since I last had a meal here... Was excellent as always..

Ordered a takeaway online first time doing so this way!! Waited 10 mins before anyone attended food had been sat waiting all that time. All the food was cold I didn’t want to phone and have to wait again for my order as I am out with the boundary for delivery! Waste of £24 of food!!

Food was completely stale. Could fold the poppadoms they were so stale. The lamb was inedible it was so hard and the chicken was soggy and freezing. So disappointed. Contacted mealzo live chat and they fobbed it off

Food arrived after an and a half wait and was stone cold

Both the Lamb Rogan Josh I ordered and the vegetable Butter Masala my son ordered were not at all nice,with both being overly spicy. Normally the curries are really good but not tonight. Not sure ifit was a different chef tonight but the food was terrible. Very disappointed! Additionally, I'm fed up being told a time for collection and then having to wait another 30 mins! If you say the curry will be ready at a certain time, then why keep the customer waiting another 39 mins, especially as I ordered and paid online.

Every time I order from here the portions get smaller and smaller, a portion of rice is barely enough for half a curry and the naan breads are less than half the size of anywhere else. Veg pakora was greasy and soggy, no crisp to it at all. And again it was a very small portion. Lamb saag was ok but didn't have the flavour it used to. Not sure if it's under new management or there's a different chef but it is definitely dropped in standards heavily and I will not be returning. Delivery also took an hour and a half and the food was slightly warm.
